Due to health regulations 1010SDL does not refund or exchange our products. Orders lodged through our website cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery is fulfilled by our shipping Australia Post. Delivery times are indicative only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to our shipping partners’ processing times (and any delays).

Please note 1010 SDL cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels when the ‘authority to leave’ option is selected by the customer.
